Wareham is a fair drive out for me from my base in Kinson, but it's a part of the world worth covering. I travel out across Purbeck to the town and the streets and villages around it. That means Stoborough, Sandford, Northmoor, Westport, Carey and Worgret, down past the Quay on the River Frome and the old town inside the Walls. If you're out at Bestwall or up one of the lanes towards Corfe, that's no problem either. Send me your postcode if you're not sure I reach you.
Wareham is a different sort of job to the newer estates I clean nearer home. It's a walled Saxon town with a conservation area full of listed and period properties. A lot of the walls, paths and frontages are soft Purbeck and old stone, with lime render and old brick mixed in. Those older surfaces are easily pitted if someone turns up and blasts them with too much pressure. They want a careful method, which is exactly how I work. Being down by the Frome, a lot of it sits low and damp too, so north-facing render and paths go green quicker than you'd think.
That's why the first thing I do is match the pressure to the surface. Soft Purbeck stone, lime render and old brick get a soft wash, not a heavy blast, so nothing gets damaged. Newer block paving and concrete can take a rotary clean. I make that call from the photos you send me, before I ever turn up, so there are no surprises on the day. If a surface looks like even a soft wash could risk it, I'll tell you straight rather than go ahead. I'd rather lose the job than damage someone's listed frontage.
My pricing is straight per m², no vague from-prices. Cleaning is £3.50 a metre, re-sanding the joints on block paving is £2 a metre, and an optional seal is £3 a metre. Plenty of people are happy with a clean and a re-sand and that's fine, the seal is only if you want the colour brought up and the finish protected. Send me a photo and your rough m² and I'll work out the exact price before I come out. You only pay once the job's done and you're happy with it.
Because Wareham sits low and damp, the question I get most is whether it'll just go green again. A blast on its own won't hold. I treat the surface after the clean, and that comes with a weed-free guarantee of 6 to 12 months. I'm fully insured with £1 million public liability, and the work's there to see on Google, 5.0 stars from real customers. I treat every property in Wareham as if it were my own, leave little to no mess, and I'm happy to do the same out past the town for Corfe, Wool, Stoborough and the rest of Purbeck.

Great service from start to finish, we needed our patio smartened up for the summer bbq season. Through the winter it almost looked un saveable, now it looks like brand new. Incredible thank you guys! You'll be getting a call this time next year too. Would highly recommend to anyone who thinks their patio maybe too far gone. You'll be so impressed.

I'm really impressed with the driveway cleaning service I received. The transformation is incredible, it honestly looks like a brand new driveway! The jet washing was done thoroughly, removing years of dirt, moss, and stains. They were punctual, professional, and took great care to do the job properly without rushing. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for someone reliable who delivers high-quality results, I'd definitely recommend their services. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Wareham questions, answered
Which parts of Wareham do you actually cover?
All of it, plus the villages around it. I travel out across Purbeck to Stoborough, Sandford, Northmoor, Westport, Carey, Worgret, Bestwall and the old town inside the Walls, and on towards Corfe, Wool and Swanage. I'm based in Kinson, so it's a fair run, but I'm happy to do it. If you're not sure I reach your postcode, send it over and I'll let you know.
Will the pressure damage my period stone or lime render?
Not the way I do it. A lot of Wareham is soft Purbeck stone, old brick and lime render, and that old fabric doesn't want a heavy blast. I match the pressure to the surface and soft wash anything delicate so nothing gets pitted. I make that call from your photos before I get to the job. If I think even a soft wash could risk a listed or period surface, I'll tell you straight rather than go ahead.
How much does pressure washing cost in Wareham?
I charge per m², not a vague from-price. Cleaning is £3.50/m², re-sanding the joints on block paving is £2/m², and an optional seal is £3/m². Send me a photo of your drive, patio, render or roof and your rough size and I'll give you the exact price before I come out. You only pay once the job's done.
Will it just come back green, being down by the river?
Wareham sits low and damp by the Frome, so north-facing render and paths do go green quicker. A blast on its own won't hold. I treat the surface after the clean, and that comes with a weed-free guarantee of 6 to 12 months. It always comes back eventually, but the treatment keeps it clear for a lot longer than just blasting it.
Is it legal to pressure wash a drive, and what about the run-off?
Yes, cleaning your own drive or patio is fine. The bit that matters is handling the run-off responsibly so the muck and water don't end up where they shouldn't. I weigh up the drainage before I start so we don't end up with puddles everywhere, and I gather the muck, bag it up and dispose of it properly rather than washing it into the river or the drains.
Do you re-sand block paving after cleaning, or just blast it?
I re-sand. On block paving, cleaning is only half the job. I brush kiln-dried sand back into the joints so the blocks lock together and stay put. That's £2/m² on top of the clean. A drive that's just been blasted and left isn't finished properly, and a clean and a re-sand is plenty for most people. The seal is only if you want the colour brought up.
